At walmikee, we strive to provide the best learning experience. If you're not satisfied with a course, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
- Refunds are only applicable for individual course purchases, not bundled packages or subscriptions.
- If the course was purchased using a discount code, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@walmikee.com with your order details.
- Provide a reason for the refund request along with proof of purchase.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted.
- If more than 20% of the course has been completed, refunds are not eligible.
- Courses purchased during special promotions, discounts, or lifetime deals may not be eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are not available for courses where certificates have already been issued.
